Stockley Park Landscape Management

Place were appointed by MAPP to provide consultancy advice in relation to the landscape management of the 35 hectare Stockley Park.   The park has received numerous awards over the years and the aim is to ensure the park adapts to changing climatic conditions and bio-diversity aspirations. 

The Park features a framework of mature trees, formal hedges screening car parks, water features making use of surface water run-off, generous grass verges,  interlocking paving for road surfacing,  a setting of a natural landscape formed by a golf course on reclaimed land. 

The main focus will be the integration of the Bio-Diversity Action plan as well as the tree planting, the hedges, the verges and verge corners, grass and signage.
