Seven Acres, Clay Farm - Great Kneighton, Cambridge

As part of the wider Clay Farm masterplan, plots 19 and 20 have been designed to provide 128 homes. PLACE has created a central green which provides a focal space for this new residential community, with other community greens and gardens offering a setting for the homes that is safe, attractive and stimulating. These spaces provide opportunities for community interaction and events, solitary relaxation, informal recreation and children’s play. They also give residents the opportunity to grow their own vegetables and herbs, as well as harvest the fruit grown in their neighbourhood.
