White Lodge houses the Royal Ballet School in Richmond Park. Having been commissioned as lead consultants to provide a landscape and visual impact assessment and landscape proposals for the restoration of the main eastern entrance area of White Lodge, the project has since gained planning consent. The school is a Grade 1 listed building in a Grade 1 landscape and required complex consultations and agreements with many bodies, including Richmond Council, the Royal Parks and the Crown Estate. The practice was on board from concept through to construction, and with the sensitivity of the site the project required the careful co-ordination of a team of specialists, including heritage surveyors, planners, traffic planners, arboriculturalists and ecologists.

Prior to work on this project the practice had also carried out landscape work associated with new extensions to the school buildings, including the new Darcy Bussell dance studio.
