L&Q Taskforce, London

L&Q were looking to improve landscape items at six of their residential estates across London.

PLACE were asked to make a general review of the current landscaping conditions and provide options for improvement. 

Residents were actively engaged in the process with residential consultations.

To date, landscape improvements have been completed at Roffo Court, Arment Court and Portway House. These have included redesign and refurbishment of internal and external courtyards, and refurbishment of play areas, (e.g. landscape layout, materials and planting design), in order to revitalise the communal residential spaces.
