Kidbrooke Village - Greenwich, London

Kidbrooke in South East London occupies the former site of the Ferrier Housing Estate, one of the most notorious estates in the country. The Kidbrooke Regeneration Project is a £1 billion scheme that will deliver a new community of 4,000 homes over the next 20 years.

Commissioned by Berkeley Homes, the practice developed the masterplan for Phase 2 into a detailed landscape design and is now assisting with the construction; the current phase includes streetscapes, roof gardens and courtyard designs, as well as a new 3.5 ha public park with a flood attenuation pond and recreational facilities.
