Fish Island - East London

Located between the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Victoria Park this 3.5 hectare site is a key linking site in the regeneration of Hackney Wick.  The scheme will provide 580 new homes and 5,300m2 of workspace developed in collaboration between Peabody Housing Trust/The Trampery social enterprise and Hill Construction.  The site is divided into a series of self-contained city blocks each with it’s own dedicated communal courtyard space providing hard, soft and playful landscapes for a thriving new neighbourhood. 

PLACE were retained by Hill Construction from RIBA Stage 3-4 up to completion on site.
