3 Roundwood, Stockley Park

3 Roundwood was the refurbishment of a vacant office building. The entrance courtyard had a derelict pond and the planting was over mature. The new design provided seating and amenity areas within a planting scheme based on a grass species composition. The design incorporates a Japanese maple and a magnolia grandiflora. The scheme was shortlisted for a ProLandscape Award in 2024.
